Cancellation Policy:
30 days or less prior to arrival, 25% of the invoiced amount.
14 days or less prior to arrival, 50% of the invoiced amount.
No shows 100% of invoiced amount.
All cancellations must be reconfirmed in writing, non-receipt of a cancellation confirmation means that the reservation has not been cancelled, irrespective of whether an email has been sent. There are no exceptions to this policy including sickness, family emergencies, or weather-related issues.
